Marketing Manager (HR Tech): Creating content and marketing materials to support the sales team and strategic marketing projects with an accent on SEO optimization and product marketing. Focus on translating product features into compelling sales assets and managing the website using Webflow and AI tools.

Location: Fully Remote within DACH, UK, Nordics, and the Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Create content that converts, including website pages, blog articles, video scripts, and landing pages.
  • Translate product features into marketing materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and sales assets.
  • Manage the website, implement copy, build pages in Webflow, and manage the web agency.
  • Support the sales team by creating and maintaining enablement materials.
  • Support strategic marketing projects, including audience research, competitor analysis, and market surveys.
  • Use AI tools and no-code platforms to create assets and speed up workflows.

Requirements

  • Proficient in German and an excellent writer in both German and English.
  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or a complex solution category.
  • Solid working knowledge of SEO.
  • Experience working in a startup or scaleup environment.
  • Comfortable with digital marketing tools such as Webflow, Figma, AI platforms, and no-code tools.

Nice to have

  • Background in HR tech, global mobility, business travel, or compliance.
