What you will do

• Define website strategy, page purposes, and success criteria to drive clarity and conversion.
• Lead SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts to ensure visibility in AI engines.
• Own Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across core site pages by analyzing user behavior.
• Build, ship, and iterate web pages directly using headless CMS and design systems.
• Manage website performance analytics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Semrush.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, and Content teams to ensure messaging consistency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Web-focused roles within B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in at least one of these: Web experience design/CRO, SEO/Technical SEO, or Content Strategy.
• Proven ability to build and publish pages in a headless CMS environment.
• Strong understanding of schema markup (JSON-LD) and structured data implementation.
• Fluency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tooling.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Berlin for hybrid work.
