What you will do
- Identify and engage prospects within tech and fintech companies with 500+ employees.
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and community channels to initiate meaningful sales conversations.
- Partner with Account Executives to create tailored outreach campaigns and account strategies.
- Manage the initial stages of the sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, and lead handoff.
- Experiment with new channels and messaging techniques to establish a repeatable outbound motion.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe within +/- 3 hours of the time zone
- 1–2 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or growth roles within a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and curiosity.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot, Amplemarket, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
