TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Europe (+/- 3 hours)

What you will do

  • Identify and engage prospects within tech and fintech companies with 500+ employees.
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and community channels to initiate meaningful sales conversations.
  • Partner with Account Executives to create tailored outreach campaigns and account strategies.
  • Manage the initial stages of the sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, and lead handoff.
  • Experiment with new channels and messaging techniques to establish a repeatable outbound motion.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Europe within +/- 3 hours of the time zone
  • 1–2 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or growth roles within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and curiosity.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot, Amplemarket, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
