Salary: $300,000–$415,000

What you will do
- Define and communicate a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with mission-driven business goals.
- Lead and scale the Product Management organization, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Drive member experience improvements throughout the clinical care journey, ensuring outcomes remain at the forefront.
- Establish rigorous operating rhythms for roadmap governance, product analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
- Partner with Clinical, Engineering, and Commercial leadership to deliver differentiated, scalable technology offerings.
- Represent the product organization to key customers, partners, and investors.
Requirements
- 15+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading large, multi-layered organizations.
- Must have extensive experience in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or mission-driven environments.
- Proven track record of building products that deliver measurable clinical, engagement, or financial results.
- Experience operating at the senior executive level in high-growth companies.
- Strong systems-thinking abilities with a comprehensive portfolio-level perspective.
- Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration and influence.
Nice to have
- Background in mental health or behavioral healthcare.
- Experience leading AI/ML product development in regulated or clinical contexts.
- Experience serving large enterprise employers or health plans.
