What you will do

• Define and communicate a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with mission-driven business goals.
• Lead and scale the Product Management organization, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Drive member experience improvements throughout the clinical care journey, ensuring outcomes remain at the forefront.
• Establish rigorous operating rhythms for roadmap governance, product analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
• Partner with Clinical, Engineering, and Commercial leadership to deliver differentiated, scalable technology offerings.
• Represent the product organization to key customers, partners, and investors.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading large, multi-layered organizations.
• Must have extensive experience in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or mission-driven environments.
• Proven track record of building products that deliver measurable clinical, engagement, or financial results.
• Experience operating at the senior executive level in high-growth companies.
• Strong systems-thinking abilities with a comprehensive portfolio-level perspective.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration and influence.

Nice to have

• Background in mental health or behavioral healthcare.
• Experience leading AI/ML product development in regulated or clinical contexts.
• Experience serving large enterprise employers or health plans.
