Location: (Global). While the role supports the AMER timezone, accepts applications from all locations and prioritizes diversity.
Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with Account Managers in the AMER sales team to address customer business goals.
- Lead consultative engagements to explore technical and business challenges.
- Articulate the value of diverse product offerings to drive expansion revenue.
- Build trusted advisor relationships as a strategic partner in workforce transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success.
- Monitor industry trends in global and distributed talent employment.
Requirements
- English: Fluent written and verbal proficiency required.
- Strong experience in sales cycles, sales processes, and consultative techniques.
- Deep knowledge of global payroll, HRIS, or employer of record platforms.
- Proven ability to analyze software solutions and demonstrate technical aptitude.
- Comfort with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into workflows.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments and adapt to rapid change.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish or French.
- Experience in scale-up or high-growth organizations.
- Strong storytelling skills for presenting complex concepts.
