Location: Must be based on the US West Coast
Compensation: $115,000–$140,000 OTE

What you will do
- Apply best practices to consult with clients on achieving strategic goals and removing adoption barriers.
- Develop and execute Value Plans to ensure measurable business impact and long-term retention.
- Synthesize cross-functional feedback between product, marketing, and engineering to solve customer challenges.
- Identify risks to client health and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Manage a book of 20-40 clients while partnering with Account Executives on renewal and expansion strategies.
- Tailor communication strategies based on customer data and business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS.
- Must be based on the US West Coast.
- Demonstrated success in managing a book of business (20-40 clients) with a focus on product adoption.
- Strong background in sales processes, execution, or go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business or a related field.
