TL;DR

Focus on mitigating churn risk, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and scaling product engagement strategies across a book of 20-40 enterprise clients.

Location: Must be based on the US West Coast

Compensation: $115,000–$140,000 OTE

hirify.global is an agentic AI platform designed to automate workflows and enhance visibility for revenue teams.

What you will do

  • Apply best practices to consult with clients on achieving strategic goals and removing adoption barriers.
  • Develop and execute Value Plans to ensure measurable business impact and long-term retention.
  • Synthesize cross-functional feedback between product, marketing, and engineering to solve customer challenges.
  • Identify risks to client health and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Manage a book of 20-40 clients while partnering with Account Executives on renewal and expansion strategies.
  • Tailor communication strategies based on customer data and business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS.
  • Must be based on the US West Coast.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a book of business (20-40 clients) with a focus on product adoption.
  • Strong background in sales processes, execution, or go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business or a related field.
