Senior User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads): Leading and scaling high-budget Google Search, Display, and Demand Gen campaigns through web funnels with an accent on ROAS, CPA, budget allocation, and performance analytics. Focus on developing creative hypotheses, optimizing acquisition across the funnel, and collaborating with product, creative, and marketing teams.
Location: Ukraine; remote or hybrid work available

What you will do
- Manage, scale, and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google Search, Demand Gen, and Display.
- Drive performance against ROAS, CPA, spend, CTR, and related acquisition KPIs.
- Own six-figure monthly budgets and make data-driven allocation decisions.
- Develop and validate hypotheses to improve user acquisition across web funnels.
- Collaborate with product marketing and creative teams on creatives and landing experiences.
- Research competitor acquisition strategies, creatives, and channels.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition on Google.
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $500K or more.
- Strong knowledge of CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, churn, and retention metrics.
- Hands-on experience with web funnel acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with Amplitude and Tableau.
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience with Meta, Snap, TikTok, or other advertising platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google UAC for app install campaigns.
