What you will do

  • Manage and scale ad campaigns across Google Search, Demand Gen, and Display.
  • Take responsibility for high-budget ad spending while optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Develop and validate hypotheses to improve acquisition funnels.
  • Partner with PMMs and creative teams to refine ad creatives and landing page experiences.
  • Conduct competitive research on acquisition strategies and channels.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming to drive continuous performance improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition specifically on Google.
  • Proven track record managing monthly ad budgets of $500K+.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance metrics like LTV, CAC, and Churn.
  • Deep experience with web funnel acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Amplitude and Tableau.
  • English proficiency: Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience with other advertising platforms like Meta, Snap, or TikTok.
  • Hands-on experience with Google UAC for mobile app install campaigns.
