Salary: £38,000–£40,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and deliver high-impact onboarding and certification programs for Core and Certified employees.
- Lead AI integration initiatives, facilitating training on LLMs to enhance productivity across the business.
- Manage learning platforms and curate structured growth journeys for all staff.
- Partner with industry bodies and stakeholders to address knowledge gaps and regulatory shifts.
- Provide advanced coaching and development tools for Mortgage and Protection Experts.
- Ensure all compliance activities are completed, documented, and reviewed for regulatory oversight.
Requirements
- Must be CeMAP qualified or hold an equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in L&D with at least 2 years in a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of Income Protection, Life, and Critical Illness cover.
- Ability to translate emerging technologies and AI into practical learning solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly when navigating high-velocity environments.
- Proactive and resilient mindset with a focus on delivering measurable ROI on colleague growth.
