Salary: £55,000 – £65,000

What you will do
- Strengthen manager capability by acting as a go-to partner for feedback and team effectiveness.
- Drive early intervention for performance issues and manage structured improvement plans.
- Lead complex employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and sensitive conflicts.
- Ensure consistent application of performance management reviews across all departments.
- Build relationships with team leads to surface engagement risks and trends early.
- Champion a culture of high performance by coaching managers to reach clear, fair decisions.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
- Demonstrable experience in People Partnering or ER, ideally in a fast-paced startup.
- Strong track record of coaching managers through sensitive situations and performance issues.
- Excellent diplomacy and the ability to navigate complex human dynamics with professionalism.
- Strategic mindset for building people processes, policies, and performance frameworks.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to balance coaching, ER cases, and data analysis.
