What you will do

• Design and launch an AI Academy to drive practical AI usage across workflows.
• Implement a company-wide performance management system and embed OKRs.
• Build succession planning frameworks and clear internal growth paths.
• Launch a Leadership Academy covering development for first-time to senior managers.
• Manage the L&D budget and track learning effectiveness against business metrics.
• Partner with leadership to identify and address capability gaps across 30+ brands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, or strategic People roles in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with performance systems, coaching frameworks, and OKRs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and risks.
• Business acumen with a focus on connecting learning outcomes to commercial results.
• Demonstrated experience in AI experimentation and driving business-related adoption.
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
