What you will do

• Own and deliver the full AI enablement curriculum, including training on agent building and prompt engineering.
• Design engaging, practical training content and resources that bridge the gap between AI tools and daily workflows.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and support to employees and leadership to facilitate the adoption of new AI-powered ways of working.
• Build systems to track training completion and adoption metrics, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
• Partner with HR and senior stakeholders to align role evolutions and organizational readiness with the company's AI-native goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years in learning & development, organizational development, or change management
• Hands-on experience using and teaching AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot
• Proven track record of designing training programs that drive measurable behavior change
• Strong experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership
• Ability to facilitate complex organizational dynamics and manage resistance constructively
• Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Background in a technical or technical-adjacent role like solutions engineering or technical writing
• Experience in a technology-driven transformation within a tech company
• Expertise in instructional design or adult learning theory
• Experience building adoption tracking systems or learning analytics
