What you will do
- Own and deliver the full AI enablement curriculum, including training on agent building and prompt engineering.
- Design engaging, practical training content and resources that bridge the gap between AI tools and daily workflows.
- Provide 1:1 coaching and support to employees and leadership to facilitate the adoption of new AI-powered ways of working.
- Build systems to track training completion and adoption metrics, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
- Partner with HR and senior stakeholders to align role evolutions and organizational readiness with the company's AI-native goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years in learning & development, organizational development, or change management
- Hands-on experience using and teaching AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot
- Proven track record of designing training programs that drive measurable behavior change
- Strong experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership
- Ability to facilitate complex organizational dynamics and manage resistance constructively
- Professional proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Background in a technical or technical-adjacent role like solutions engineering or technical writing
- Experience in a technology-driven transformation within a tech company
- Expertise in instructional design or adult learning theory
- Experience building adoption tracking systems or learning analytics
