What you will do

• Design, build, and run robust backend services for listing validation and orchestration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including data science and AI to ship AI-assisted listing features.
• Own end-to-end service lifecycle from implementation and testing to deployment and observability.
• Collaborate on APIs, inter-service contracts, and system performance at high scale.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure product reliability.
• Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews and mentoring.

Requirements

• Solid experience designing, building, and operating production-grade backend services.
• Proficiency with REST/gRPC APIs and asynchronous data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both business and engineering stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, product-minded approach with a focus on clean code and scalable architecture.
• Willingness to learn and master new technologies within a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with integrating AI models in production or MLOps experience.
