What you will do

• Deliver new features for the AI assistant Kodee, the Customer Success platform, and related internal tools.
• Own service architecture decisions to ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable code.
• Integrate Kodee with systems across Product and Customer Success departments.
• Collaborate with the Chatbots Team and other cross-functional teams to create a seamless user experience.
• Share knowledge and elevate coding standards across the engineering team.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and knowledge of frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Proven ability to design and consume high-throughput REST APIs.
• Ability to leverage AI Software Development tools like Cursor and Claude Code to boost productivity.
• Familiarity with scalable, containerized services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, LLM integrations, and process automation solutions.
• Knowledge of observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
