Contracts Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Develop and lead the company’s EMEA contract management framework, policies, and best practices.
• Draft and negotiate complex SaaS agreements, including MSAs and vendor contracts.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to ensure contract alignment with commercial and risk strategies.
• Implement and optimize contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
• Provide strategic legal and commercial advice to executives and sales teams.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks while improving contract turnaround times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business (LLB preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in commercial contracting within a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements in EMEA.
• Deep understanding of software licensing, subscription models, and cloud services.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London/Surrey, UK for hybrid requirements.

• Experience supporting global SaaS sales teams.
• Familiarity with data privacy frameworks like GDPR.
• Experience scaling contract processes in high-growth organizations.
