Salary: $192,000 - $268,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Product organization to develop and refine new products and features.
• Develop and deliver training materials to educate hirify.global employees and legal network members.
• Monitor relevant markets, including legal tech, private funds, and big law to inform product enhancements and industry alignment.
• Drive operational efficiency and reduce onboarding costs by piloting new initiatives and embracing creative AI-first solutions.
• Provide consulting support on multiple projects, participating in meetings with product managers, development teams, and clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of directly relevant legal experience with a focus on transactional law; private credit experience is a plus.
• Possession of a JD, LLM, or LLB, with US qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• A strong interest and enthusiasm for technology and its integration in legal practice.
• Demonstrated organizational excellence and high ownership, with a proactive approach to building systems, problem-solving, teamwork, and results orientation.
