What you will do

• Manage the organisation-wide compliance framework and HUB governance arrangements.
• Lead self-evaluation and internal/external audit programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies regarding quality and compliance enquiries.
• Resolve complex operational issues and drive process improvements across departments.
• Represent the organization at external events, forums, and special interest groups.
• Produce detailed reports on compliance performance for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must have existing right to work in the UK.
• Proven experience working for an Awarding Organisation or within an educational regulatory environment.
• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks, education policy, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong experience in team management and leadership.
• Track record of successfully delivering process and system improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and respond to trends to meet tight SLAs.

• External or Internal Quality Assurance (EQA/IQA) qualifications.
