Salary: Competitive (starting £45,000)

What you will do
- Manage the organisation-wide compliance framework and HUB governance arrangements.
- Lead self-evaluation and internal/external audit programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies regarding quality and compliance enquiries.
- Resolve complex operational issues and drive process improvements across departments.
- Represent the organization at external events, forums, and special interest groups.
- Produce detailed reports on compliance performance for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Must have existing right to work in the UK.
- Proven experience working for an Awarding Organisation or within an educational regulatory environment.
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks, education policy, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong experience in team management and leadership.
- Track record of successfully delivering process and system improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and respond to trends to meet tight SLAs.
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Professional qualifications in audit or risk management.
- External or Internal Quality Assurance (EQA/IQA) qualifications.
