What you will do

• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned clients as their primary point of contact.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure clients understand and effectively utilize products.
• Monitor account performance to proactively identify issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Drive revenue through personalized recommendations and upselling/cross-selling strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to address client needs and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and communications within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Must be a fresh graduate in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
• Keen interest in the financial technology industry and a desire for professional growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and demonstrate independent problem-solving skills.
