What you will do
- Lead and scale a leasing team to meet revenue and occupancy targets across approximately 800 units.
- Design and enforce robust leasing processes using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Transform the team from reactive responders to proactive, relationship-driven sales advisors.
- Develop and manage leasing quotas, incentive structures, and individual performance metrics.
- Build relationships with relocation agents, corporate HR teams, and brokers to expand lead pipelines.
- Serve as a visible brand ambassador in the Riyadh market through networking and personal branding.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in sales, revenue, or leasing leadership.
- Proven track record of managing teams with quotas and performance-driven cultures.
- Strong experience implementing and optimizing CRM systems.
- Background in an entrepreneurial, startup, or scale-up environment.
- Ability to work onsite and travel regularly within Riyadh for events, tours, and meetings.
- Must be available for regular work during evenings and weekends.
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality, residential leasing, or real estate tech.
- Arabic language skills.
- Proven history of fast-scaling operational growth.
