What you will do

• Design, develop, and launch AI agents and automations that connect the platform with customer tech stacks.
• Integrate SaaS and non-SaaS platforms through APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication architectures.
• Enhance AI agent accuracy using prompt engineering, semantic search, and generative AI techniques.
• Build dashboards and write SQL queries to surface actionable data insights for customers.
• Conduct technical proofs-of-concept and live demonstrations for stakeholders.
• Maintain cross-functional communication loops with product, engineering, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Japan
• 5+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
• Deep experience with large-scale data synchronization and API patterns like REST and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with serverless platforms and modern CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Go programming language.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or architectural frameworks like TOGAF or SAFe.
