Location: On-site in Taipei, Taiwan, with additional locations in Tokyo, Japan, and Seoul, South Korea.

What you will do
- Deploy, debug, and optimize Open Edge Platform software components on Intel Architecture systems.
- Design and develop robotics AI, generative AI, and visual analytics applications for Intel edge platforms.
- Provide sample code, technical documentation, installation guidance, and demonstrations for edge customers.
- Troubleshoot software installation issues, primarily in Linux environments.
- Optimize AI pipelines for execution across CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs.
- Support Asia-Pacific customers, analyze benchmark reports, and address real-time processing needs for robotics and physical AI applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD with no prior professional experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and shell scripting.
- Hands-on Linux troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with OpenCV, GStreamer, ROS programming, and physical AI applications.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, version control systems, and open-source platforms.
- On-site presence is required in Taipei, Taiwan, with additional role locations in Tokyo and Seoul.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with OpenVINO and DL Streamer.
- Knowledge of AI benchmarking and competitive benchmark analysis.
- Understanding of RTSP, TCC, and TSN protocols for robotics applications.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
