What you will do

• Partner with customers from discovery through launch to translate business goals into scalable Notion solutions.
• Design and deploy AI-native workflows, custom agents, and automations using the Notion Developer Platform.
• Simplify complex technical requirements and provide practical tradeoff recommendations to stakeholders.
• Create adoption plans, enablement materials, and launch approaches to drive sustained usage.
• Identify repeatable patterns across engagements to build templates, reference architectures, and internal assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to scale successful implementation strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tech services, solutions architecture, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Japanese fluency (written and spoken) required for direct communication with customers and partners.
• Business level English proficiency required for global stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear solution architectures and implementation plans.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to design, prototype, or improve business workflows.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and enterprise system integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or deploying AI agents and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Notion APIs, Workers, or developer platform capabilities.
• Experience working with Japanese enterprise customers and market dynamics.
• Background in developing discovery methodologies or reusable delivery assets.
