What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive net-new business acquisition across the Nordics.
  • Manage a large existing book of enterprise customers, focusing on retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Orchestrate complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving C-level stakeholders, product, and data teams.
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and active regional market presence.
  • Utilize structured methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC for rigorous pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Lead by example as a senior representative, mentoring newer team members and helping shape regional sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing large-scale deals.
  • Must be based in Sweden.
  • Proven ability to manage large books of business, including retention, expansion, and executive relationships.
  • Strong outbound instincts and disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Fluency in Swedish or another Scandinavian language is strongly preferred.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
