Location: Hybrid model, must be based in Belgium or be open to relocation to Belgium

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and close expansion and cross‑sell opportunities within an assigned enterprise portfolio.
  • Manage high‑volume accounts, prioritizing opportunities based on account health and whitespace analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Manager and Director‑level stakeholders to uncover commercial needs.
  • Partner with Customer Success to monitor adoption maturity and expansion readiness.
  • Collaborate with Digital Sales on renewal coordination and upsell‑at‑renewal execution.
  • Engage Solutions Engineering for technical validation and proof‑of‑value initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with proven expansion and cross‑sell success.
  • Fluency in English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian).
  • Expertise in account planning, whitespace mapping, and ARR growth strategies.
  • Experience selling into IT, cybersecurity, or technical operations environments.
  • Proven ability to manage large, high‑volume account portfolios.
  • Strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record selling into Nordic markets.
  • Previous experience working within complex IT security ecosystems.
