What you will do

  • Enable partners to design, build, and deploy AI Agents using the Cognigy platform.
  • Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs for partner readiness.
  • Assist partners with JavaScript debugging, flow-based logic, and API integrations.
  • Support partner onboarding through structured training and certification paths.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services teams to standardize technical guidance.
  • Advise on webchat embedding and xApps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills.
  • Practical experience with APIs, integration logic, and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Background in technical customer-facing roles like Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to support partners in designing solutions with flow-based logic.
