- Prepare and deliver engaging, tailored technical demonstrations of the platform.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and goals.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, relatable stories for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer feedback shapes innovation.
- Share expertise and best practices with teammates to elevate team expertise.
- Spot potential technical challenges early and develop customer-centric solutions.
Requirements
- Preferred experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting; or relevant experience in sales or as an industry practitioner within SaaS or B2B technology.
- Resourceful, motivated, and a team player who thrives on challenges.
