Location: Must be based in or able to work from Leeds or London (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for various sports rights.
  • Develop and implement onboarding playbooks for rights holders to the hirify.global platform.
  • Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, SEO, and PPC channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Partner with rights, regional, content, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to represent fan interests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering marketing and go-to-market campaigns with rights holders across different territories.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign execution in paid and owned media.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and make rapid optimization decisions.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds or London.
