What you will do
- Build financial partnerships with key stakeholders in Product, GTM, and Operations, advising senior leaders on resource allocation, commercial strategy, and investment optimisation.
- Drive insights from 's key metrics (GMV, take rate, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn) into actionable recommendations that influence business direction.
- Support the evolution of ’s planning models to bridge financial targets with operational execution, enabling ExCo to translate cross functional insights into faster and better-informed strategic decisions.
- Build and deliver management reporting and dashboards that cuts through complexity—ensuring finance insights are timely, focused, and decision-oriented.
- Contribute to building a high-performing, high-EQ FP&A culture that values clarity, ownership, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Commercially astute and strategically minded, able to connect financial data to business outcomes and influence commercial strategy.
- Established in stakeholder management, able to translate complex financial concepts into simple narratives and build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
- Technically strong in FP&A fundamentals, proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning, ideally with experience in SaaS, payments, or transaction-based business models.
- Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, thriving in scale-up environments and navigating data quality challenges.
- Looking to develop the way the team and operates and enjoy mentoring others and building capability across the team.
