What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and performance dashboards.
• Partner with department heads to challenge assumptions and align strategy.
• Analyze results to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and financial reporting tools.
• Hire, lead, and mentor junior FP&A team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance.
• Proven experience in FP&A leadership roles.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Readiness to relocate to the Philippines.
• Commitment to start the workday no later than 2 PM GMT+8 / 7 AM CET.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
