Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite (Cyprus). Relocation package to Cyprus is available as an option.

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and complex financial modeling for scenario planning and fundraising.
• Own the preparation of board materials, data rooms, and investor reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate financial insights into actionable strategic decisions.
• Oversee IFRS-compliant management reporting and ensure accuracy across core SaaS KPIs (MRR/ARR, churn, LTV, CAC).
• Drive automation and AI adoption within finance workflows to streamline manual processes.
• Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team to support company-wide growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in a high-growth B2C SaaS or subscription business.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and subscription economics.
• Hands-on experience supporting fundraising rounds, including data rooms and investor Q&A.
• Demonstrated success partnering with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools in financial workflows is considered a strong plus.
