What you will do

• Own the delivery of end-to-end Budget and Mid-Year Reforecast processes.
• Provide forward-focused performance visibility and risk analysis to support agile decision-making.
• Manage and continuously improve FP&A planning systems.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, covenant monitoring, and balance sheet forecasting.
• Review and challenge business cases to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Oversee key annual reporting processes such as Gender Pay Gap reporting.

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualification with post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience owning budget and forecast cycles in complex business environments.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A systems like Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
• Strong financial modeling and data-to-insight analytical skills.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Background in private equity-backed or listed businesses.
