What you will do
- Manage boutique partners through strategic planning and tactical actions to drive sales.
- Engage boutiques to ensure active participation and generate profitable results.
- Review monthly boutique performance and profitability metrics.
- Conduct regular business reviews both internally and with boutique partners.
- Onboard new boutiques and supervise operational setup to ensure quick time-to-market.
- Drive service KPIs and support partner needs in collaboration with the Partner Services team.
Requirements
- Commercial experience in retail, brand, or wholesale environments.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Well-organized with a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
- Must be able to commit to a 12-month maternity cover contract.
