TL;DR

Regional Vice President, Enterprise (AI): Leading and scaling the enterprise sales motion for AI-powered search and data infrastructure with an accent on driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams. Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $320,000–$380,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own enterprise revenue targets, including pipeline generation, forecasting, and bookings for the assigned region.
  • Build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, setting clear performance expectations and coaching for growth.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, directly partnering on strategic deals with senior executives.
  • Develop territory strategies to prioritize high-value opportunities and drive expansion into large enterprises.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and influence product roadmaps.
  • Establish scalable sales processes, including discipline in pipeline management and deal inspection.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS or infrastructure sales experience, including enterprise focus.
  • 2+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams with a proven track record in talent development.
  • Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong forecasting discipline and experience managing multi-million-dollar pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of technical buyers and executive decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI, data infrastructure, search, or developer platforms.
  • Familiarity with API-first or developer-led sales motions.
  • Background in high-growth startups (Series A–D).
  • Experience with enterprise sales frameworks like MEDDICC.
