TL;DR

Director, Strategic Accounts (AI): Leading sales initiatives to secure and expand partnerships with enterprise-level clients using conversational AI technology with an accent on consultative selling and C-suite relationship building. Focus on executing complex account strategies, collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth within strategic market segments.

Compensation: $320,000–$360,000 (OTE) + Equity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to penetrate and close deals with major strategic logos.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including CX, Product, and Operations leadership.
  • Collaborate with founders, deployment strategists, and engineering teams to craft tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Manage end-to-end sales pipelines and accurately forecast revenue performance.
  • Provide critical product and market feedback to leadership to influence the product roadmap.
  • Execute strategic account plans and engage in moderate travel as required.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in strategic or enterprise sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing revenue and expanding business within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively at the C-suite level.
  • Consultative selling approach focused on delivering value-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives effectively.

  • Previous experience selling AI solutions.
  • Prior experience selling customer support or customer experience software.
