Salary: £66,000–£90,000 + equity + bonus

What you will do
- Support the EMEA revenue organization across sales, partner, customer success, and sales engineering teams.
- Manage and optimize core sales operations processes to improve consistency and visibility across the region.
- Lead deal desk workflows to help teams structure deals, navigate approvals, and accelerate opportunities.
- Improve revenue team enablement by providing tools, guidance, and clear operational processes.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce workflows, ensuring data integrity and effective reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally to refine handoffs and reduce friction throughout the revenue cycle.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a go-to-market operations role.
- Strong experience with Salesforce and a proven track record of managing or improving CRM workflows.
- Experience supporting sales operations, deal desk, or enablement functions.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a remote-first environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Clari, Gong, Nooks, Nue, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, or 6sense.
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, or territory planning.
- Background in high-growth SaaS or developer-focused companies.
- Experience improving remote enablement programs for distributed teams.
