What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized technical tracks, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
- Actively utilize and experiment with AI-driven sourcing tools and automation to identify top-tier passive talent through personalized outreach.
- Build and drive adoption of standardized, scalable hiring processes through coaching and data.
- Maintain a gold-standard candidate experience, ensuring that every applicant leaves with a high opinion of the brand.
- Drive full utilization of Greenhouse ATS and sourcing platforms like Gem, ensuring data integrity and pipeline transparency.
- Partner with leaders to scale teams across the USA, LATAM, and EMEA, acting as the subject matter expert on regional talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and local hiring nuances.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment.
- Proven track record of hiring specialized roles, specifically within Engineering, Data Science, & Machine Learning.
- Deep experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Gem sourcing.
- Comfortable discussing how you use AI tools to amplify your output.
- Proven experience navigating the complexities of global hiring and managing high-touch candidate experiences across multiple time zones.
