What you will do
- Own the full-cycle hiring process for Customer Success, Onboarding and GTM roles, with LATAM as your primary market and additional scope across other global regions when required.
- Balance high-volume hiring pipelines with proactive sourcing and outreach to consistently identify and engage strong candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and leadership, influencing decisions and ensuring hiring strategies are connected to broader business goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and acting as a true specialist within your domain.
- Serve as a brand ambassador across LATAM, building a strong local talent network and staying current on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Business-level written and spoken English is required.
- Proven experience hiring across LATAM markets, with a solid understanding of local talent pools, compensation benchmarks, and candidate motivations.
- Experience hiring for business-facing functions such as GTM, Sales, or Customer Success.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse (or a comparable modern ATS), and other sourcing tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow, whether for sourcing, research, outreach, or process efficiency.
