What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple simultaneous roles from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Source top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interview processes and maintain a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with leadership to refine job requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate pipeline data in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong proficiency in creative sourcing for engineering talent.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for candidate outreach.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
