What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Registered Dietitian applicants, managing their journey from first touch to offer.
• Execute proactive outbound recruiting strategies through personalized calls and emails to high-priority prospects.
• Drive applicant engagement and conversion through timely follow-ups and effective communication.
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the funnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback loops and improve the overall hiring process.
• Manage the recruiting inbox, providing professional and encouraging guidance to candidates.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Hyper-organized approach to high-volume hiring processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for multi-channel candidate engagement.
• Proven ability to learn new workflows quickly and manage end-to-end candidate pipelines.
• Previous experience working in fast-paced startup environments (healthcare, telehealth, or SaaS).
