Salary: $169,000 - $201,000 + equity + benefits.

What you will do
- Drive early engagement and activation to ensure customers quickly realize the value of the platform.
- Support expansion and upsell efforts by creating compelling materials and messaging for Account Managers.
- Develop frameworks and content to improve the effectiveness of Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Reviews.
- Build repeatable, scalable playbooks that empower the Account team to improve customer engagement, retention, and advocacy.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to increase referrals, testimonials, and case study participation.
- Actively contribute to the product feedback loop, ensuring customer insights shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or a related role, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or a high-growth tech environment.
- A deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, including strategies for activation, expansion, and retention.
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience developing sales enablement and account management materials, including playbooks, QBR frameworks, and expansion messaging.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Account Management, Implementation, and Product teams.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience using customer insights and retention metrics to inform strategy and execution.
