What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract close for hirify.global’s Claims solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, claims leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Conduct consultative product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
• Experience selling into insurance carriers, claims organizations, or adjacent industries strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
