TL;DR

Enterprise BDR Manager (SaaS): Leading and coaching a team of Enterprise Business Development Representatives to drive pipeline growth for legal AI solutions with an accent on territory strategy and outreach performance. Focus on building a culture of accountability, developing scalable sales processes, and driving high-velocity revenue growth through effective lead management and team development.

Location: Must be based in Toronto. Role is hybrid with a requirement to be in the office at least twice per week.

Compensation: Salary range $92,700 – $138,900 CAD, plus commission range $49,900 – $74,900 CAD.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise BDRs to consistently meet pipeline targets.
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to align territory strategies and account coverage.
  • Develop and implement scalable outreach strategies to improve efficiency and lead conversion.
  • Build a culture of excellence through regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Leverage Salesforce and engagement tools to drive forecasting and optimize sales workflows.
  • Report on activity metrics, pipeline contribution, and overall business impact to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing sales teams with a focus on continuous training.
  • Demonstrated success in high-growth technology companies, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of building and developing high-velocity sales teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement platforms like Salesforce, Salesloft, or Outreach.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the Toronto office at least twice per week.

Nice to have

  • Previous enterprise-level sales management experience.
  • Direct experience with cold calling and complex cold outreach strategies.
  • Formal sales training or background at a leading tech or IT firm.
