Salary: $89,600.00 - $157,000.00 USD

What you will do

• Conduct process assessments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Drive financial and operational performance by recommending and implementing improvements that lower operating expenses and increase throughput.
• Lead the development of business cases including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, working closely with Operations, Technology, Product, PMO, BPC, and Reporting.
• Use data analytics and reporting tools to diagnose performance issues, quantify opportunities, and validate impact.
• Lead change management activities including communications, training documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) updates.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in operational improvement, service delivery, fulfillment, business analysis, or process optimization roles.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, value stream mapping, and root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency with process mapping and visualization tools (Visio, Lucid, Miro, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma, Certified Operational Excellence Leader (OPEX-L), Process Improvement Excellence (PIEx), and PMP, SAFe Agile certifications.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or automation initiatives; familiarity with AI-driven process improvements.
