Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $90,900.00 - $145,100.00 annually (California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC) or $86,300.00 - $137,900.00 annually (Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont)

What you will do

  • Partner with sales leaders and business intelligence teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and top-performing partners.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, build and interpret analyses and dashboards, and use data to identify trends and recommend actions.
  • Manage the iteration and implementation of frameworks for evaluating Premier Agent partner performance.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, define success metrics, build structured project plans, and manage timelines and risks.
  • Execute revenue optimization and allocation processes to drive business results at scale.
  • Synthesize complex analyses and business context into clear narratives and recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, analytics, program management, or business unit management.
  • Analytically strong with advanced Excel skills required; proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, building structured plans, managing timelines, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic and operational thinker with the ability to identify, develop, and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces.
