TL;DR

Account Executive, Commercial (AI): Managing the entire sales process for small-business prospects, turning them into active Dialpad clients with an accent on solving complex communication problems. Focus on acquiring new customers and uncovering market opportunities to promote Dialpad's Talk, Contact Center, and Sell solutions.

Location: Based in our Tempe, AZ office.

What you will do

  • Own the entire sales process, including working leads and generating pipeline.
  • Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases.
  • Have weekly 1:1s with your Manager consisting of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap discussions.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot.
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales.
