Focus on shaping roadmap priorities and ensuring effective execution.

Location: Remote (USA). U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

Salary: $178,100.00 - $299,500.00 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont. $187,500.00 - $299,500.00 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for hirify.global’s agent-facing portfolio.
  • Develop scalable messaging and value proposition frameworks across the agent lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product, Strategy, and Finance on pricing and packaging strategy.
  • Represent product marketing strategy, trade-offs, and performance results to executive stakeholders.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Product Marketers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product or product marketing leadership roles.
  • 6+ years of people leadership experience, including management of senior-level talent.
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-year strategy and revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Experience in B2B, marketplace, SaaS, or platform-based environments.
  • Strong executive communication skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong financial and analytical acumen.
