What you will do

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to find top-tier talent for Sales, Marketing, and wider GTM roles.
• Own the candidate journey from first touch to initial screen, ensuring every candidate has a premium experience.
• Collaborate closely with US-based Recruiters and Hiring Managers to calibrate on talent profiles and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
• Manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously, staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Create reusable talent pools and build Total Addressable Market Maps to leverage insights to guide open searches.
• Actively participate in training sessions to sharpen sourcing, influence, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• You thrive in fast-paced environments and aren't afraid of competing priorities.
• Previous experience sourcing for Sales, Revenue, or Marketing roles is highly preferred.
• You are a Boolean wizard and know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and creative alternative channels.
• You have the soft skills to build rapport with passive candidates and the hard skills to influence internal stakeholders.
• You have a growth-mindset and hunger for feedback, with a deep desire to be coached by the best in the business.
• You maintain a clean ATS (Greenhouse) and prioritize data integrity.
