A SaaS provider developing a flexible, highly scalable promotion software platform for global enterprises.

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment life-cycles for various departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop creative sourcing and assessment strategies.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • Use data analytics to track pipeline health and report on hiring insights.
  • Strengthen employer branding and improve recruitment workflows in collaboration with the People & Culture team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and close top-tier talent.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup based in Berlin.
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
