What you will do

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing digital sales team focused on acquiring new business and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Provide direction and leadership in developing and closing sales opportunities using a consultative sales approach.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and pipeline coaching sessions.
  • Build, document, and continuously improve new business development playbooks and processes.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust strategy, coaching, and resourcing.
  • Monitor funnel metrics and conversion rates to optimize team performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing/advertising experience in account management and/or business development.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Demonstrated track record of over-achievement of budget & KPI expectations.
  • Experience selling B2B Digital Marketing solutions (Marketplace, Media, or Marketing preferred).
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented.
  • CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Experience, knowledge, and decision-maker relationships within the Recreational (Powersports, Recreational Vehicle, Marine) and Commercial (Commercial Truck, Heavy Equipment) industries.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, media sales, or technology platforms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline.
