What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value VIP players.
  • Build long-term relationships through proactive digital and phone-based communication.
  • Travel to meet with VIP players to strengthen bonds and drive commercial value.
  • Monitor player activity, churn risk, and performance metrics to execute personalized retention strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth through targeted upselling and cross-selling offers.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Support teams to evolve the VIP program based on player feedback.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Argentina, Costa Rica, or Mexico
  • English: Fluent proficiency with strong communication skills required
  • Experience: Proven professional background in iGaming (Online Casino/Sportsbook) is mandatory
  • Role-specific: Prior experience as a VIP Account Manager, VIP Host, or in a similar high-touch, revenue-driven function
  • Skills: Ability to manage player data, KPIs, and independent portfolios effectively
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel for in-person VIP relationship management

Nice to have

  • Conversational Spanish skills
  • Knowledge of U.S. sports markets
