What you will do

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of EMEA Scaled Relationship Managers.
• Develop and implement scalable operational playbooks for high-volume account management.
• Drive revenue growth through renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells within the EMEA customer base.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable, high-impact territory plans.
• Maintain accuracy in revenue forecasting and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine go-to-market motions for the scaled segment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a revenue-owning role within SaaS or AI.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing individual contributors.
• Proven track record in designing scalable processes for high-volume environments.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for executive and stakeholder engagement.
