Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dublin, Ireland; Role is Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office).

What you will do
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of EMEA Scaled Relationship Managers.
- Develop and implement scalable operational playbooks for high-volume account management.
- Drive revenue growth through renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells within the EMEA customer base.
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable, high-impact territory plans.
- Maintain accuracy in revenue forecasting and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine go-to-market motions for the scaled segment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a revenue-owning role within SaaS or AI.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing individual contributors.
- Proven track record in designing scalable processes for high-volume environments.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for executive and stakeholder engagement.
